We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Crop Insurance Processor to support the processing and administrative tasks related to crop insurance policies. Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in insurance processing, underwriting, or customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn database/CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of crop insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review crop insurance applications, endorsements, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify crop data, production reports, and other documentation to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Prepare and submit claims in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Insurance Risk Advisors and clients.
  • Enter data into systems, organize documents, and monitor workflows to ensure timely policy processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting both internal teams and external clients.
