About The Position
As an Exclusive Insurance Agent supporting Horace Mann's strategic partnership with Branch Insurance, you will offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance. You will also represent Horace Mann for life insurance, retirement solutions, and educator-focused insurance solutions designed to meet the unique needs of educators. Horace Mann is committed to supporting you in achieving your goals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the educators and communities you serve. This role offers a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, including earning incentives tied to your activity and success, and quarterly production incentives. You will have a Dedicated Service Representative to handle client service work, an exclusive territory in a niche market, cutting-edge technology, ongoing training, access to a comprehensive product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required, though Registered Representatives must establish one within 2 years.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
