About The Position

As an Exclusive Insurance Agent supporting Horace Mann's strategic partnership with Branch Insurance, you will offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance. You will also represent Horace Mann for life insurance, retirement solutions, and educator-focused insurance solutions designed to meet the unique needs of educators. This role is ideal for individuals ready to take control of their financial future and build a successful business while making a meaningful difference in the lives of educators and their communities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry
