Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry

• Offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance.
• Represent Horace Mann for life insurance, retirement solutions, and educator-focused insurance solutions.
• Build relationships within your community and develop market access opportunities.
• Confidently present Branch and Horace Mann solutions to both individuals and groups.
• Actively network and participate in community and industry events.
• Invest the time and resources needed to build a successful, long-term business.
