About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to support their strategic partnership with Branch Insurance. In this role, you will offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance, while also representing Horace Mann for life insurance, retirement solutions, and educator-focused insurance solutions. The position is designed to help individuals take control of their financial future and make a meaningful difference in the lives of educators and the communities they serve. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Nice To Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
