Our client is a full-service insurance agency based in Dallas, Texas, helping businesses protect what matters most. They move quickly, uphold high standards, and give their producers the autonomy to build and grow a book of business they truly own. This role is fully remote and offered as a 1099 contractor position for driven professionals seeking independence and strong earning potential. You must provide your own equipment (laptop, phone, internet).
Requirements
- Active P&C License — REQUIRED
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) — REQUIRED
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. — REQUIRED
- Must be based in Texas
- Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Coachable
- Sales experience
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business through calls, networking, referrals, emails, and meetings
- Build relationships and understand client needs
- Present insurance solutions and close sales
