About The Position

Pioneer Agency is a fast-growing insurance agency providing life, health, and retirement solutions to individuals and families. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. No prior licensing is required; full support through the licensing process and comprehensive training are provided.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to build a career in insurance.
  • Basic computer skills; willingness to learn company systems and tools.
  • No prior insurance experience or license required; training provided.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales or client-service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Present and explain a range of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and service.
  • Manage and prioritize leads; conduct outreach and follow-up using company-provided systems (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.
