About The Position

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents in Crookston, MN. These agents will own their business and assist clients in preparing for life's planned and unexpected moments by offering suitable insurance products. Agents operate as independent contractors, allowing them the autonomy to build a financially stable career while serving their communities. They will take a consultative approach to grow their business with both existing and prospective clients, diversifying their income across property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines. Agents have the flexibility to manage their own schedules, educate clients on products, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors, and establish and staff their own office. Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
