About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators in the El Paso North/Anthony, Texas territory. The agent will identify insurance and financial solutions that support educators’ affordability and financial security, develop market access and relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and build a local network. The role offers an exclusive niche and defined territory without overlap with other agents, along with service, technology, training, and business-building support.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
