Agents are supported with warm leads from credit union partnerships, comprehensive training, and opportunities for income and career growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by both purpose and performance.

Requirements

Proven sales success (insurance experience a plus)
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy with reliable internet access
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel to worksites as needed
A professional, ethical, and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Engage credit union members and community partners to offer insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong referral networks
Generate new SEG/business opportunities (minimum 1 per month)
Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance protection
Close sales efficiently and accurately
Partner with credit union branch managers to maximize opportunities
Complete training, sales courses, and ongoing education
Maintain accurate reporting, applications, and documentation
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
