Agency Owners work as independent contractors, exclusively representing American Family and its products. They are responsible for the agency’s overall management, sales, and growth, including hiring a team and working with that team to achieve strategic business goals. The opportunity offers the potential to build a business, create financial stability, and make a positive impact on customers’ lives. American Family offers support from a local team in areas such as marketing, prospecting, and business consultation, as well as training and an incentive program for new agency owners. Agency Owners can offer American Family products and products and services through subsidiary partners. Compensation potential is described as unlimited.
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty insurance licenses.
- Obtain Life and Health insurance licenses.
- Pass a motor vehicle background check.
- Pass a financial/credit background check.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, and eagerness to commit the time and energy required to build a business.
