Agency Owners work as independent contractors, exclusively representing American Family and its products. The owner is responsible for overall agency management, sales, and growth; hiring a team; and working with that team to achieve strategic business goals. This opportunity includes taking over an existing book of business in Byron. American Family offers training and support from a local team, including marketing, prospecting, and business consultation. Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.
