About The Position

This is a business ownership opportunity, not employment with Allstate. The owner independently operates an on-site agency, builds equity, and runs the business under the Allstate brand. Agency owners lead sales, service, and community engagement; hire and manage a team; develop customer relationships and tailored insurance solutions; create local marketing strategies; and oversee daily operations, performance, and compliance. Allstate provides licensing support, ongoing education, technology, guidance, resources, and growth strategies. Startup capital is required and varies by market.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required; licensing support is available.
• Must operate from an on-site agency space.
