Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales, service, or agency operations teams.
  • Experience leading operational improvements and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people leadership abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Active insurance license.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operations and performance of the agency.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and coach supervisors overseeing Sales Operations and Service Operations.
  • Support and develop a team of producers responsible for selling GUARD products.
  • Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, service, retention, and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure teams are properly staffed, trained, and equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Build career development and succession plans for team members.
  • Use operational and production data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
  • Maintain high service standards and a positive experience for customers and business partners.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and company standards.
  • Develop training programs and promote strong documentation and file management practices.
