Responsibilities

Enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships to understand client requirements.
Come up with tailor-made solutions as there is no "one size fits all" approach.
Leverage passion and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify business opportunities in areas like equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc.
Provide clients with the best solution by being knowledgeable and building rapport quickly.
Take ownership of decisions, actions, and outputs.
Work together to drive the business forward.
