Requirements

  • At Least 1 year of P&C Sales Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in-person in Nashville, TN (37214)
  • A Property & Casualty license
  • Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be comfortable learning new things
  • A background in sales, athletics, service industry, customer service, or high-effort environments
  • Proven track record of success
  • Growth mindset
