About The Position

This is an active, hands-on role where you will install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You will be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. The work involves loading materials, setting up equipment, cutting and installing insulation, and potentially driving a company vehicle. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

Nice To Haves

• Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
• Bilingual is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks
• Set up ladders or scaffolding
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean
• Follow all job site safety procedures
