About The Position

Threshold Brands is hiring a motivated Insulation Installer/Technician for its USA Enterprise Brand in the Cleveland area. The role installs insulation in residential and commercial buildings to help customers improve energy efficiency and comfort. Prior insulation experience is not required; paid, hands-on training is provided. The position involves physical, hands-on work in varied conditions, including attics and crawlspaces, and requires use of tools and personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfort using basic hand and power tools, such as drills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers on-site.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on ladders up to 28 feet.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or humid conditions and around dust and insulation materials.
• Ability to wear PPE such as a respirator, gloves, goggles, and protective clothing as needed.

• Insulation experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass, foam, and other insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit each space.
• Seal gaps and joints to improve energy efficiency.
• Operate blowers and sprayers to apply insulation.
• Keep job sites clean and safely dispose of waste materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work with a team to meet project deadlines.
