PART TIME INSTRUCTOR POOL - GRAPHIC ARTS
About The Position
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is recruiting part-time faculty for its CIS and Graphic Design department. Under administrative leadership, part-time faculty support the colleges’ and District’s visions, missions, and values. Responsibilities relate to the assigned classroom, student evaluation, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and assignment-specific needs. Work hours vary by assignment, and the anticipated start date is Spring 2027. Faculty positions may involve long periods of standing and walking in a typical classroom setting; conditions may vary by subject taught.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any subject and two years of experience in Graphic Arts; OR an associate degree in any subject and six years of experience in Graphic Arts; OR the equivalent.
- Applicants claiming equivalency must submit the additional Equivalency Determination Form and supporting equivalency materials.
- Successful fingerprint clearance is required for employment.
- New employees must provide acceptable proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities

- Carry out responsibilities related to the classroom assignment.
- Evaluate students.
