Instructional Training Manager
About The Position
Easterseals Florida is seeking an energetic, organized, and forward-thinking Training Manager / Instructional Designer to build impactful learning programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery. This role involves partnering with leaders across the organization to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training solutions. The position is full-time and offers a salary between $52,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience, along with insurance and time off benefits. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning & development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE)
- Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools
- Experience with LMS platforms and online learning administration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and content development skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

- Experience with multimedia development, graphic design, and/or video editing
Responsibilities
- Conducting training needs analyses and identifying performance gaps
- Designing and developing engaging eLearning and instructor-led training programs
- Creating multimedia learning content, including storyboards, scripts, job aids, facilitator guides, and videos
- Managing and updating online learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational and compliance needs
- Researching and incorporating current learning trends, technologies, and best practices
- Supporting a culture of learning, engagement, and professional development throughout the organization
