The Instructional Training Designer is responsible for creating engaging, high-impact learning experiences that support the development of new-home sales professionals and sales leaders across the organization. This role partners closely with the Director of Sales Training and field leadership to design curriculum, tools, and training assets that improve sales performance, conversion, and the overall customer experience in new construction home sales. This individual translates sales strategy and field needs into scalable learning programs including onboarding, certification, product training, and advanced selling skills. The role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of the new construction sales environment.
