We are seeking a Manager Field Training – Instructional Design who can identify development needs through assessments, performance data, and stakeholder input, then translate those insights into practical, scalable learning solutions that strengthen field readiness and improve performance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in instructional design, stakeholder partnership, and digital learning strategy to create learning experiences that are relevant, easy to apply, and aligned to measurable business goals. This role integrates guided learning and performance support into daily workflows to enable real-time skill development, while also curating and developing on-demand resources that build advisor and operations partner confidence and capability. The role is accountable for creating learning that is practical, scalable, and tied to the behaviors that matter most for growth, productivity, and a consistent client and field experience. The Manager Field Training – Instructional Design also designs structured learning programs and event-based training experiences that drive measurable business growth, partnering closely with business and technology teams to ensure learning is accessible, relevant, and actionable. This role helps keep content and learning experiences accurate, current, and consistent through strong development practices, reuse of effective assets, and clear alignment across teams.
