About The Position

We are seeking high-performing Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) to support a client program. This position is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

  • Current or obtainable Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education, curriculum and instruction, or related degree (A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred). In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least ten (10) years of work experience as described below.
  • At least five (5) years of work experience with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction; blended learning; workshops; simulations; case studies; and microlearning events
  • Proven professional teaching and facilitation experience spanning both physical classroom and virtual environments.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Office and corporate productivity suites, specifically: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Visio (process mapping)
  • Expert-level hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft Project (timeline/milestone tracking)
  • Familiarity or direct experience managing virtual sessions and tracking enrollment through MS Teams, Webex, and federal or institutional Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Nice To Haves

  • A graduate degree in education or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive asset forfeiture training program aligned with organizational mission requirements.
  • Manage a curriculum consisting of 5 courses (25–30 modules each) covering the full asset lifecycle, financial management, and legal compliance.
  • Combine expertise in adult education with classroom facilitation skills to deliver practical, role-based, and performance-oriented training, in particular with formal training and instructional techniques classroom and virtual instruction.
