Instructional Faculty - Bible
About The Position
An Instructional Faculty member in the Bible Department at Valor Christian High School demonstrates strong competency across curricula and collaborates closely with the Bible team to design consistent assessments and deliver effective instruction. Through teaching the Bible, they inspire students to know Christ more deeply, live according to God's Word, and lead others with faith, wisdom, and integrity. Faculty demonstrate a vibrant personal faith, love students well, and cultivate respectful, engaging classrooms that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation. They also mentor students spiritually, emotionally, and academically through Life Groups, prayer partnerships, and co-curricular opportunities, partnering with parents and colleagues to support holistic student growth and achievement. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline closely related to the subject(s) to be taught
- Solid biblical and theological foundation and understanding
- Desire to teach and/or experience within Christian education
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Degree in a Bible-related area is preferred

- Understand the curriculum of a wide range of Bible courses
- Collaborate with the Bible team to develop and deliver consistent assessments and sound instruction
