This position supports the Principal and school leadership in implementing and evaluating the continuous improvement process. The facilitator will help align program goals and the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) with the district's vision and strategic direction. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating professional development and coaching focused on highly effective instruction, including literacy, student agency, goal setting, learning engagement, and academic acceleration. The role involves providing direct instructional support to staff through observations, data analysis, modeling, coaching, and feedback. The facilitator will collaborate with school leadership to ensure improvement efforts align with Henry's Plan of Action for Student Achievement and will serve on the school leadership team. Attendance at district trainings and meetings is also required, along with performing other assigned duties.
