About The Position

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support training initiatives related to new tool implementations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to design practical, engaging learning solutions that enable successful adoption and effective use of tools and systems. The ideal candidate brings both instructional design and developer experience with excellent client engagement and communication skills, and ability to translate processes into clear, usable training assets. This position requires qualified candidates to live in the continental US. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer or C2C candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design and content development for corporate or technical training
  • Strong experience writing technical documentation, instructions, and user‑focused training materials
  • Demonstrated ability to design effective job aids, visual materials, and learning assets
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience using common instructional design and development tools (e.g., authoring tools, slide design software, documentation platforms)
  • Excellent client engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non‑technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting tool, system, or technology implementations
  • Familiarity with Agile or project‑based work environments
  • Basic graphic design or visual communication experience
  • Experience training diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end‑to‑end training solutions to support tool and system implementations
  • Write clear, concise step‑by‑step instructions, user guides, and standard operating procedures
  • Create job aids, quick‑reference guides, posters, and visual aids to support performance in the flow of work
  • Design and develop training materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, workshops, and facilitator guides
  • Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to assess training needs and define learning objectives
  • Apply instructional design best practices to ensure materials are effective, user‑centered, and aligned to business outcomes
  • Incorporate visual design principles to produce polished, professional, and easy‑to‑use deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training content based on learner and stakeholder input
