The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning solutions that support employee performance, growth and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate defined learning and performance needs into effective, engaging instructional experiences aligned with adult learning principles and established design standards. The Instructional Designer partners with Department Leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and develop effective, engaging learning solutions that support defined business and performance needs. This role is responsible for executing instructional design work within established standards and processes, while continuously building capability and design craft. The role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, knowledge of adult learning theories, and familiarity with technology-driven learning tools to create impactful talent and learning solutions for the organization. Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely requires prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer and using standard office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and may occasionally need to move about the office to access materials or attend meetings.
