About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Instructional Designer to join our team in Peoria, IL. This role partners with a strong dealer network to build learning solutions that support employee development and business performance. The Instructional Designer will design learning assets across multiple modalities, including eLearning, job aids, and videos, in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience.
Instructional design expertise.
Experience with LMS platforms and multimedia development tools, including Articulate Rise and DPC/Workday Learning.
Strong project management skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
Skilled at collaborating with subject matter experts.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred; Associate's degree considered.

Responsibilities

Design learning assets across multiple modalities (eLearning, job aids, videos) in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
Develop learning modules focused on rental and used equipment topics using the Articulate 360/Rise platform.
Coordinate with Global Dealer Learning (GDL) on course review and publishing into the Dealer Performance Center (DPC).
Manage and post content to the dealer portal.
Validate learning content and incorporate feedback from Rental SMEs.
Ensure all content adheres to DPC guidelines.
