Packsize is seeking an Instructional Designer to architect and scale structured learning programs for a global manufacturing environment. This role is primarily responsible for designing end-to-end curriculum frameworks, including role-based learning paths, competency models, and certification structures that accelerate technician proficiency and support operational excellence. A key component of this role is the development of blended learning strategies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Web-Based Training (WBT), balancing both hands-on and digital modalities. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with a practical understanding of manufacturing environments, enabling them to translate complex technical processes into structured, measurable learning systems. This role requires strong collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, alignment with ISO-driven quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations. Up to 10% travel required.
