About The Position

Quantic is seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer (contractor) to join their instructional design team in creating an online Bachelor’s Degree program. The role involves reviewing, refining, and formatting digital lessons within their platform to ensure alignment with internal formatting and quality standards. Training on their proprietary e-learning platform will be provided.

Requirements

At least 2 years of instructional design experience.
A strong understanding of instructional design concepts and e-learning software (e.g. experience with programs such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
A strong technical prowess/ background, able to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. If a contract is offered, transcripts will be required per our accreditation standards.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.
Excellent and timely communication skills, including providing and sticking to a schedule.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience designing or delivering educational curriculum at the university level.
Hands-on experience with G Suite.

Responsibilities

Content Development: Read, review, edit, and refine educational lessons in our proprietary e-learning platform, efficiently and accurately.
Quality Assurance: Verify formatting, functionality, instructional design flow, and overall accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Seamlessly communicate and collaborate with the other members of our Instructional Design team.
Tracking: Maintain thorough and accurate records of progress and completion.
Meetings: Zoom meetings may occur 1-3x a week.
