About The Position

Quantic is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Instructional Designer (contractor) to assist our instructional design team in creating an online Bachelor’s Degree program. In this role, you will input already-developed content into our proprietary e-learning platform. Full training will be provided on the process. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring instructional designer to gain hands-on experience and increase your e-learning and instructional design knowledge.

Requirements

A general understanding of e-learning software (e.g. experience with programs such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
A strong technical prowess/ background, able to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
At least 3 years of solid business or educational industry experience.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. If a contract is offered, transcripts will be required per our accreditation standards.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent and timely communication skills, including providing and sticking to a schedule.
A high level of organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience designing or delivering educational curriculum at the university level.
Hands-on experience with G-Suite.

Responsibilities

Populate educational content and assessments into our proprietary e-learning platform efficiently and accurately.
Conduct review of your populated digital lessons to verify formatting, functionality, and overall accuracy.
Seamlessly communicate and collaborate with the other members of our Instructional Design team.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of progress and completion.
Zoom meetings may occur 1-3x a week.
