About The Position

The Instructional Designer & Curriculum Developer is a high-impact role within Fortinet’s US Sales Enablement organization. The role designs, develops, and executes instructional programs, digital learning paths, and interactive curriculum to accelerate time-to-revenue and improve field readiness as the commercial sales organization scales. It replaces static training materials with engaging instructional assets covering Fortinet solutions—including Secure Networking, Unified SASE, and AI-SecOps—sales methodologies, discovery and qualification frameworks, and competitive displacement strategies. The role translates complex technical architecture into practical sales execution in partnership with Enablement leadership, Product Marketing, Business Value Advisory, Sales Tools, and frontline sales managers. The position builds scalable onboarding curriculum and modular learning assets, administers digital learning through Fortinet’s LMS, and develops assessments and blended-learning workshops. It also aligns curriculum with field needs and sales-readiness KPIs, establishes learning measurement and analytics, and continuously improves programs based on learning effectiveness, retention, skill acquisition, and pipeline impact.
