About The Position
MIRACORP is seeking a Curriculum Developer to develop and support delivery of curricula across in-person, online, and blended learning environments and advise personnel on instructional design practices. The position supports the Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
- Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
- Experience or skills in curriculum development.
- Experience or skills in instructional system design.
- Experience or skills in assessment of training courses.
- Experience or skills in selection of learning technologies.
- Communication and instructional support skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State.
Responsibilities
- Provide curriculum development and delivery support for assigned projects.
- Develop learning content for in-person, online, or blended delivery.
- Determine appropriate uses of learning technology for each instructional situation.
- Review and assess education and training courses.
- Inform and instruct personnel on best practices for instructional system design.
- Align curriculum materials and delivery approaches with identified learning needs.
