About The Position

Lincoln Savage Middle School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support students in grades 6-8. This position involves assisting teachers with classroom duties, supervision, and student discipline. The role requires initiative, self-direction, and the ability to work effectively with students. New hires will be placed on a salary schedule based on prior contracted educational experience. Requirements

• Two (2) years of college coursework or Associate's Degree (May be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional
