About The Position

District 30 is seeking dedicated and caring School Instructional Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside licensed teachers to support students across a variety of settings and needs in a PreK-8 environment. Whether you're providing one-on-one or small group academic support, assisting with IEP and 504 accommodations, reinforcing behavioral and emotional regulation strategies, or helping students build the executive functioning skills they need to thrive. Your work will make a meaningful difference in students' daily experiences and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois Paraprofessional License registered with Region 05 North Cook ISC required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with students preferred
• Understanding of various disabilities and appropriate educational supports, or demonstrated willingness to learn
