About The Position

The Department of Physics at Illinois State University is seeking an Instructional Assistant Professor to teach Physics 220, Mechanics I, a junior-level course focusing on Newtonian and Lagrangian dynamics. Requirements

  • A conferred PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position, as mandated by state law
