About The Position

The Institutional Onboarding Consultant provides technology leadership and accountability for an assigned group of TIAA Institutional Retirement Clients as part of an integrated client support team. The role serves as a single point of contact for Institutional Retirement Relationship Managers, Operations teams, and other internal stakeholders supporting high-profile clients using SRK (Sole Record Keeper), MVC (multi-Vendor), MVAS, and Outsourced Services (OSS).

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience.
University degree preferred.
Experience interfacing with external and internal clients.
Experience in or around client onboarding or implementation.
Skills in adaptability, automation, communication, continuous improvement, critical thinking, customer engagement, digital savviness, problem solving, and TIAA products and services acumen.

Nice To Haves

At least 7 years of work experience preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in outsourced services preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support and expertise to retirement clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain advanced knowledge of TIAA retirement services, platforms, and products.
Provide client-specific subject matter expertise and ownership of retirement plan change and onboarding activities, including MVAS/STAC.
Understand new product, service, and system features and identify their specific impacts on the assigned client group.
Develop potential solutions to clients’ systems and product needs or requests.
Respond to technical ad hoc inquiries from internal stakeholders, including Client Service Managers and Relationship Managers.
Document standard operating procedures, track system incidents, and review and trend critical issues to identify proactive controls.
