About The Position
EDS Service Solutions is hiring an Instant Return Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The role involves working with rental vehicles and customers in a fast-paced team environment. No automotive experience is required, and training is provided. The position pays $17 per hour, with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to review rental contracts, verify that vehicle keys match the contracts, and show customers their rental vehicles.
- Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel level, and lost-and-found items; review the bill and obtain the customer's signature.
- Complete required accident or incident claims paperwork accurately and promptly when needed.
- Answer customer questions and provide directions when requested.
- Secure all vehicle keys.
- Assist customers with luggage when required.
- Move vehicles when required.
- Assist as a Gate Keeper to support safe rental returns when required.
