About The Position
EDS Service Solutions is hiring an Instant Return Agent at Raleigh-Durham International Airport in Morrisville, North Carolina. The role involves interacting with rental-car customers when they pick up and return vehicles, reviewing rental contracts and bills, inspecting returned vehicles, and handling related paperwork. The position offers training and does not require automotive experience. Pay is $17 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Review customer rental contracts, confirm that vehicle keys match the contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.
- Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel level, and lost-and-found items.
- Review the bill with customers and obtain their signatures.
- Complete accident or incident claims paperwork promptly and accurately when necessary.
- Answer customer questions and provide directions when requested.
- Secure all vehicle keys.
- Assist customers with luggage into or out of vehicles when required.
- Move vehicles when required.
- Assist as a Gate Keeper for safe rental return when required.
