About The Position

Groundworks Installers travel to residential or commercial buildings to install foundation and water management solutions. They troubleshoot assigned work, test equipment, and clean up job sites after completing the work. Installers work alongside experienced crews and receive training and equipment support in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and the correct use of equipment.
Previous experience working in the construction industry.
Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods and perform strenuous labor, often under adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction labor, including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
Assist with installing products and services under supervision.
Load, carry, and deliver materials weighing up to 50 pounds to and from job sites.
Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Follow instructions and comply with company policies, including safety and workplace conduct policies.
Build positive relationships and support team goals.
Maintain professionalism and integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to help ensure project success.
Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
