About The Position
Resolute Design Group is seeking a Low-Voltage Installation Technician for high-end residential AV, lighting, shading, and control systems. This role is ideal for a trustworthy, hands-on individual who is eager to learn and grow in a field-based position. The technician will be responsible for the installation and setup of various low-voltage systems in residential settings.
Requirements
- Experience on construction sites
- Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition
- High EQ

- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
- Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
- Electrician (HV or LV)
Responsibilities
- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Complete Programming of Lutron
- Complete Programming of Control4/Crestron/Savant (Basic Skills & no programming = lower pay)
