About The Position

This is a low-voltage installation technician role focused on high-end residential audio-visual, lighting, shading, and control systems. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, eager to learn, hands-on, technically inclined, and enjoys field work. Experience on construction sites, ability to use tools, a steady work history, and high emotional intelligence are required.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition
• High EQ

Nice To Haves

• Programming experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices
• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
