About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Holiday Lighting Installation Technician to join our team for the festive season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting and decorations for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a passion for creating beautiful and safe holiday displays, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions. We are locally and family-owned. It's easy to love your home when it's beautifully lit and decorated during the holiday season. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install holiday lighting and decorations on roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures.
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to reach high places.
- Ensure all electrical connections are safe and meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Remove and properly store holiday lighting and decorations at the end of the season.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
