About The Position

The Project Administrator is responsible for carrying out various administrative duties related to installation projects. This position reports to the Director of Metering Services. In addition to the duties and responsibilities below, this position is required to make the necessary decisions and direct necessary action in an effort to meet both Minol and Minol’s client’s expectations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organizational skills, adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Installation project programming. Receive information from Project Managers to create Unit List, PSR and Labels for programming electronics.
  • Receive incoming material deliveries – requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Move deliveries to appropriate location(s) for storage as directed.
  • Prepare and ship materials for installation projects - requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Receive information from Project Managers for material shipments. Must prepare shipment, create shipping documents and move to shipping area.
  • Maintain Installation Inventory – place orders as needed to maintain quantities, receive orders and re-stock as needed to maintain inventory.
  • Perform close out (30 day) audits on completed installation projects. Review project status and work with Project Manager and/or Scheduling Coordinator to schedule any go-backs needed.
  • Assist Project Managers as needed to close out projects – includes preparation of close out and warranty packages.
  • Assist Project Managers in following up on outstanding balances greater than 60 days past due.
  • Participate in all Service/Installations meetings.
  • Coding Payables – Assist with coding payables to specific project/division/GL/expense codes.
  • Payments – Assist accounting with coding payments to appropriate projects.
