About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor to support our continued growth throughout the Kootenay Region. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in residential construction, carpentry, glazing, or a related field who enjoys wearing multiple hats. In this role, you'll lead installation operations, oversee warehouse activities, manage service work, and ensure an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish. Requirements

  • Experience in residential construction, carpentry, glazing, or a related industry
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, job sites, or teams
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
  • Strong understanding of construction practices and job site safety
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Clear Criminal Record Check

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Knowledge of BC building codes
  • Warehouse or logistics experience
  • WHMIS certification
  • Experience in customer-facing service roles

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate residential installation projects throughout the Kootenay Region
  • Conduct job site visits and provide hands-on supervision
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Support installers by resolving issues and maintaining project schedules
  • Monitor installation quality and homeowner satisfaction
  • Perform project measurements and site assessments
  • Verify specifications and ensure installation readiness
  • Maintain accuracy in measurements and project documentation
  • Identify potential site challenges before installation begins
  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and organizing materials
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments and trailers
  • Prepare materials for upcoming installations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  • Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate and complete service-related work
  • Address homeowner concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot installation and product issues
  • Support continuous improvement of service levels across the region
  • Conduct detailed project assessments and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements
  • Support operational improvements and process consistency
