Window Nation is seeking an Installation Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks related to installations and services. This role is responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• 2+ year of similar administrative support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
• Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedules installation appointments
• Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks
• Manages Installation pipeline and paperwork
• Maintains communication with customers; collect and submit funding
• Receives and maintains inventory of orders
• Resolves relevant customer resolution issues
• Close installations in the CRM when verified complete
• Performs other duties as assigned
