About The Position

As an Installation Support Tech, you will provide technical support at brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. You will assist the team with daily installation support, vehicle preparation, shop organization, and related operational tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders.
• Stock shelves with boxes of film.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop picked up, organized, and clean.
• Help prepare parts for application.
• Clean and wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery.
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Keep towels laundered.
• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
