About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors’ Install Managers oversee 3 to 4 Project Managers and manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship after the sale through final installation. The role involves inspecting projects to determine scope of work, communicating agreements with customers, addressing changes to plans, managing permitting requirements, recruiting and overseeing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet specifications, safety requirements, and workmanship standards. Install Managers also build effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to, from, and between sites as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
Experience overseeing Project Managers and subcontractors.
Familiarity with high-volume siding projects.
Professionalism and client-facing experience.
Self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect all aspects of projects to determine the scope of work.
Oversee 3 to 4 Project Managers in the territory.
Communicate the agreement between the company and the customer.
Identify alternative courses of action and negotiate with customers to alter plan terms as appropriate.
Analyze licensing and permitting requirements and obtain permits.
Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors.
Ensure each project is completed to specifications.
Ensure company safety regulations are followed.
Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
