About The Position

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an Install Manager for its Raleigh, North Carolina office. The role manages the day-to-day operations of the commercial installation department, including scheduling, dispatching, project management, and labor-cost management. The manager ensures that customer commitments are met, projects are completed on time and within budget, and customers are satisfied.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to applications and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, drug screen, and driving-record check if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial installation department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that plans are properly executed.
• Review workload and staffing to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, below budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial and operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop improvement action plans.
• Improve the performance of the field force through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations.
• Review customer survey data and respond to customer concerns.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
