About The Position

The Install Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of framing installed sales. The role trains, supervises, and directs framing installation crews; performs jobsite quality checks; maintains production and installation records; plans installation work and allocates it among crews; oversees equipment and truck maintenance; and provides for crew safety and security. The manager also assists with field estimates and handles common customer inquiries and complaints. May be required to install framing when needed.

The listed salary range is $50,000–$100,000+, negotiable.

Requirements

• Experience or ability in training and supervising framing installation crews.
• Ability to use word processing software.
• Ability to use spreadsheet and internet software.
• Ability to respond to common customer inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as policy and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak or present to a small group.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
